An agent with zero other context should be able to execute it. That is the bar every pinwise ticket is written to.

Tickets where your team already works
A channel pushes the tickets you choose to a tracker, a chat tool, your inbox or any https endpoint, per repo and branch. Trackers talk back; the ticket still closes only when a rescan verifies it.
